BLU-D is providing interior framing for the Playmill Theater, working within a preengineered metal building to create the structural framework for performance and audience spaces. The scope includes framing a complex roof system with multiple peaks and valleys, as well as installing large structural beams to support stadium-style seating within the theater. This project showcases BLU-D’s ability to integrate wood framing into metal building systems while executing highly coordinated, geometry-driven assemblies.
